As summer begins to fade, August offers us one last breath—a space between what was and what’s next. This month’s reframes of everyday moments ask you to notice transitions, honor growth, and make peace with change. Small moments can be the most profound.

✨ Share your reflections - photos, 200–500-word stories, and your location - for a chance to be featured on our website or in an upcoming book based on this content.

Week 1: The Art of Letting Go

This week, find something in your life that no longer serves you. It could be a habit, an object, or even a mindset. Let it go with intention. What does releasing it bring you?

Week 2: Your Own 'New Beginning'

Think back to a time when you started fresh—whether it was a new chapter, a move, or an idea. How did you approach it? And how would you approach it now, with what you know? What have you learned from that new beginning?

Week 3: Finding Joy in the Routine

This week, look at the routine or ritual that anchors your day. It might be your morning coffee, an evening walk, or a quiet moment with a book. How does this small act of consistency bring you peace or joy?

Week 4: The Pause That Heals

Take a moment this week to pause—completely. No distractions, no pressure. Just you and the stillness. How did you feel in that pause? What did you learn from it?

🖋️ Your turn. Which challenge calls to you first?
