June invites us into long days and quiet moments, a season for noticing what's been overlooked—and reclaiming small joys. This month, we’re offering one gentle challenge each week, built to help you reconnect with meaning, memory, and care.
You don’t need money, perfection, or company. Just a moment—and a bit of yourself.
🌿 Week 1: Revisit Your Roots
Take 20 minutes to revisit something from your past—a place, object, tradition, or memory that once grounded or delighted you. Maybe it’s an old song, your childhood neighborhood, a recipe, or a letter.
📸 Snap a photo of it (or something connected), and reflect: What did you remember? What still holds truth?
🕊 Week 2: Kindness in Disguise
Do something quietly kind for someone—without being identified. A compliment left on a sticky note, a coffee paid forward, a message of encouragement slid under a door.
📸 Share a glimpse (if you can), and tell us what the act meant to you.
☀️ Week 3: The Joy of One
Set aside one hour this week to do something you love—completely alone. No multitasking. No guilt. Just presence.
📸 Capture the moment, and ask yourself: What did I feel when no one else was watching?
🧩 Week 4: Beauty in the Broken
Look around for something imperfect—but beautiful. A chipped mug. A rainstorm. A crack in a sidewalk filled with clover. What story does it tell?
📸 Take a photo and reflect on what it revealed to you about resilience, ethics, or your own heart.
🖋️ Your turn. Which challenge calls to you first?
